All students must complete registration and emergency forms and pay class tuition before taking any classes at UDC Studio
There is an annual registration fee (per dancer), which is due upon registration with tuition.
All tuition is non-refundable, Exceptions are made with a doctor's note stating medical reason necessary for withdrawal, or if a class is cancelled due to low enrollment and a substitution is not available. 30 day written notice is required for any other student withdrawal.
Registration Fees : $35.00 for new or returning students (siblings pay only $15.00) (Registration Fees are non-refundable)

Costume Deposits for each class : $75.00 Due by Nov 1st .(balances on the costume it will be due in March if any) (Costume Deposits are non refundable)
All dancers will be measured for costumes at time of registration.
Class Attire: At time of registration, if there is a uniform required for your class, we will order it so that your dancer will receive it before class starts. (Cost of dance uniform and shoes will be an extra cost)
Our year is based a 37 week schedule. Tuition price is based on a 37-week schedule and broken down to equal monthly payment amounts.
We do not offer pro-rated (discounted) Tuition for short months or late registration, as rates are based on an annual amount. We base our monthly fees on the total amount for the year of dance. We take that total, and divide it evenly among 10 months, September to June (similar to BC Hydro equal payment method). We do this to make it easier for you to budget the payments.
